Twitter to discontinue Vine app – Just say goodbye to the best Vines

Twitter bought Vine back in 2012. Vine was first launched in 2013, and it became a great social network where everyone can be a social network celebrities with fans around them. For the most parts, Twitter has lost it’s a number of its monthly active users, which might lead to lose the company income.

Together with sad news from Twitter, the social media company will have to carry out a laid-off that axe 300 Jobs. It seems that the company is trying to save from the cuts, but it has failed since they’ve planned to discontinue the Vine app as well.

According to the source of Vine blog post on Medium, they will be discontinuing the Vine Mobile App. However, the web version of Vine is still on. All the Vines that have been created by users will still be there. Users can still access and download all the Vines that they’ve been making.

Besides, the company has also said that Vine users will be notified before those changes are applied to the Vine app and website. For users, if you want to keep your ever best Vines then go ahead, try to download the Vines and save them onto your PCs now.

 Surely, there are millions of users in Vines who will be missing the Vine app. As for years, Vine has become a great place for millenniums to express thoughts and feelings, and even become famous or popular across the social network.
